Most embassies ask for a flight itinerary, not a paid ticket. We issue a confirmed airline reservation in your name, with a booking reference you can look up on the airline’s own website before you hand the file in.

What you receive
Everything below is included in the price. There is no service fee added at the end and no subscription to cancel.
One page showing the airline name, the flight numbers, the departure and arrival times and the dates of every sector on the trip you described.
The airline issues the reference, also called a PNR, when the reservation is created. It is printed at the top of the itinerary where an officer expects to find it.
Given names and surname printed exactly as they appear in the passport, so the reservation matches the application form. Up to nine travellers on one reference.
Open the airline’s Manage Booking page, enter the reference with the surname, and the same itinerary loads back. Do this before you submit the file.
The reservation is held so that it is still live on the day you submit at the visa centre or consulate. We tell you the exact date it expires.
Appointments move. Send the new dates on WhatsApp with your reference within 30 days and we reissue the itinerary, usually the same day.
Who uses it
Checklists use several names for the same document: flight reservation, flight itinerary, travel booking, or proof of onward travel. They all mean an airline reservation with a reference an officer can check.
Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Switzerland all ask for a flight reservation covering the full stay rather than a purchased ticket.
None of these missions require you to buy a ticket before the decision. A reservation evidences the trip you described without committing you to a fare.
Consular officers rarely ask to see flights, but a specific itinerary makes the purpose and the length of the trip concrete if the question comes up.
UAE, Qatar, Saudi and Oman applications submitted through an agent or a portal usually want the itinerary attached the same day.
Airlines and immigration officers ask one-way travellers to show an onward or return sector before they will board or admit them.
Leave approvals, travel authorisations and visa support letters often need a dated itinerary on file before the trip is signed off.
Checklists
The wording differs by mission. Almost none of them ask you to buy a ticket first, and several tell you not to.

The Schengen visa code asks for evidence of your travel plan, and several consulates state that you should not buy a ticket before the decision. Keep the reservation dates identical to your cover letter and hotel booking.

Four steps
The form, one WhatsApp conversation, a payment and a PDF. Most reservations are delivered the same day.
Route, dates, cabin and the traveller names exactly as printed in the passport. The form takes about two minutes and asks for no payment details.
We reply on WhatsApp or email with the flights we plan to hold, so you can check the dates against your appointment before anything is booked.
Bank transfer or a card link. The reservation is then created with the airline and a booking reference is issued in your name.
The PDF reaches your inbox and your WhatsApp, usually within one to six hours. Look the reference up on the airline site, then attach it to your file.

One price covers issuing the reservation, the PDF itinerary, the two free changes and the support that goes with them.
Nothing is charged when you send the form. We check the itinerary with you first, then send bank transfer details, or a PayPal or Wise request in USD if you are paying from abroad. If your appointment is today, urgent delivery under an hour is available for an extra LKR 1,000 (about $3).

Verification
Check the booking reference yourself before you submit. It takes a minute, and it is the same lookup a consular officer would run.

Every airline has this page, usually in the top navigation. CheckMyTrip and ViewTrip work for most reservations as well.
Type the PNR printed on the PDF together with the surname exactly as it appears on the reservation.
Flight numbers, dates and passenger names should match the PDF. If anything differs, message us and we will reissue.
